I grew up in a Marine Corps family that moved every three years, living in South Carolina, North Carolina, Japan, and eventually settling in Texas. Moving so often taught me the true value of finding not just a house, but a home—a place that fits your lifestyle and feels like your own. My husband, son, and I moved to San Antonio in 2017 and immediately fell in love with the area. Like most, we were familiar with the Riverwalk, the Alamo, and our personal favorite, Schlitterbahn. But we quickly discovered that San Antonio offers so much more—an incredible food scene, rich culture, beautiful parks, and a wide variety of neighborhoods with something for everyone. We found our perfect home here, and I’d love to help you do the same!

My experience spans a wide range of real estate transactions, including residential sales, land purchases, and new construction. I’ve worked closely with builders, navigated complex negotiations, and helped clients find the right fit for their unique needs. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, a "right-sizing" family or military service member being relocated, I am committed to providing expert guidance and a seamless experience from start to finish. 

As someone who grew up in a military family, I take special pride in serving our active duty, veteran, and retired military clients by offering a Military on the Move rebate, giving back a portion of my compensation at closing as a token of appreciation for their service.

Before real estate, I spent 20 years as an emergency manager—leading complex responses, coordinating resources, and ensuring communities recovered from disasters. Managing high-pressure situations with many moving parts has given me the skills to expertly guide my clients through the real estate process. From lenders and title companies to appraisers and contractors, I make it my mission to connect you with the right professionals and ensure a smooth, successful transaction.
